International designers Timorous Beasties commission mobile ühut office.
Brief: "An office on wheels capable of moving between warehouses - less gypsy caravan, more skateboard".
Creating a mobile space full of light was important for Glasgow textile design & manufacturing company Timorous Beasties. A modified uhut fitted the need perfectly.
Movable on a set of 21 industrial casters and with a modified side to accommodate a full width polycarbonate window it really has created a unique and light-filled room.
The raw, unpainted, full grain finish was given a simple coat of varnish to complete the unique workspace.
This new 'Ultralight' model with it's full length polycarbonate window, (based on the 8810) can be now be ordered.
It would make a great modern potting shed or a summer workspace filled with light throughout the day.
It costs £1445 plus delivery and the current turnaround is 6 weeks from order.
